Lisa Brady, our Events Operations Manager at Truffles Fine Foods, brings over two decades of extensive catering experience to our team. Her journey in the event industry began in high school, where she discovered her passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences while working in restaurants. This early exposure to the hospitality industry ignited her passion for catering, leading her to establish and successfully run her own catering company.
After several successful years in catering, Lisa decided to explore a new avenue and managed a travel agency in New Westminster for 10 years. This period allowed her to hone her organizational and managerial skills, adding a new dimension to her expertise. However, her love for the catering industry eventually drew her back, leading her to take on the role of Corporate Catering Director at Edge Catering. At Edge Catering, Lisa demonstrated her leadership and vision by expanding the team from 2 to 5 members, significantly enhancing the company’s capabilities and service quality.
In 2022, Lisa joined Truffles Fine Foods, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep passion for event management. Her role as Events Operations Manager involves overseeing the planning and execution of a wide range of events, ensuring that each one is seamless and memorable.
