Erica Luce

Erica Luce is a Sales and Events Associate with over five years of experience in the catering industry. She joined Truffles Fine Foods in May 2021 as an event server and quickly advanced to her current position by May 2022. Recently, Erica graduated from BCIT's Event Management and Marketing Program, which has further fuelled her passion for event management.

Erica's favourite events to manage are weddings, as she loves seeing the joy and satisfaction on clients' faces, knowing that Truffles Fine Foods played a part in making their big day memorable. Her enthusiasm, dedication, and ability to connect with clients make her an invaluable asset to our team. We are fortunate to have such an amazing person contributing to our success and delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.
