Executive Chef Dave Bell
Born and raised in Vancouver, Chef Dave Bell has had an extensive career in the culinary industry spanning the last 10 years. He is a classically French trained chef, graduating from the Dubrulle French Culinary Arts Program, and holds a Red Seal Certification.
Dave's impressive experience also includes working at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Hotel for 7 years, where he rose to the position of Sous Chef. He further honed his skills at L’Hermitage Hotel in Vancouver and The Château Vaudreuil in Montreal.
Upon returning to the Lower Mainland, Chef Dave opened Bell’s Bistro and Catering in Langley, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to exceptional culinary service.
Currently, Chef Dave is our Executive Chef at Truffles Fine Foods Catering, where he has been a vital part of the team for over 15 years. His leadership and expertise continue to elevate our culinary offerings, making every event a memorable experience.
