TRUFFLES FINE FOOD’S SEASONAL CATERING

As one season blends beautifully into the next, so too do Truffles’ inspiring seasonal catering menus seasonal event menus. Each menu is thoughtfully tailored to highlight our region’s local, freshly-harvested offerings. Led by Truffles’ head Chef, the catering team produces a stunning selection of appetizers, featured dishes, and mouth-watering desserts. As an optional add-on, we are also pleased to suggest wine and cocktail pairings to enhance your guests’ culinary experience.

If you’ve got an inspiring idea, our team would love to hear about it! We will work with you to customize your menu to suit your event’s needs, as well as provide for any particular dietary preferences.

VALENTINE’S DAY DINNER FOR TWO

Appetizer 

BABY LETTUCE GREEN AND SNOW PEA SALAD
Crisp pancetta and pecorino cheese, with a mint scented lemon thyme vinaigrette

Entrée – Choice of: 

CHATEAUBRIAND
Beef filet cooked to perfect medium rare, served with a bouquetière of baby vegetables,
rosemary chèvre bread pudding and wild mushroom demi glace 

OR

AROMATIC SQUASH RAVIOLI
Served with roasted wild mushrooms, whole pecans and a sage-pecan truffle emulsion

Dessert

CHOCOLATE GANACHE HEART
House-made truffles with passion fruit and Grand Marnier purée

Orders must be placed no later than Thursday, February 9, 2016* and meals may be picked up on February 13th or 14th after 11am at one of Truffles’ four locations (VanDusen Kitchen, Downtown Vancouver, New Westminster, North Vancouver).

   *Please note that we will only book a certain amount of orders so book early!
