TRUFFLES TEAM COMPETES AT BC PROFESSIONAL WEDDING AWARDS
We had the opportunity to attend and compete at the annual BC Professional Wedding Awards last week as part of their Best Hors D’Oeuvre competition.
Our own Truffles Fine Foods culinary team worked hard to come up with a savoury creation to woo the taste buds of attending guests, with Chef Dave Bell crafting the perfect sensory entry for the evenings competition: Curry Chicken Arancini.
The event saw hundreds of wedding industry professionals converge on the Hard Rock Casino, Coquitlam’s main Theatre for a night of festivities and networking hosted by City Television personality and musician – Dawn Chubai.
It was a great evening that enabled our Truffles team to meet many of Vancouver’s top events, photography and wedding business owners – many of whom are integral in helping us produce exceptional catered memories for clients on a daily basis.
We look forward to upping the ante on next years competition and wish all award recipients our sincere congratulations!
