Here’s the scoop: We are currently looking for a passionate, proactive and skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. You’ll report directly to our CEO, Nin Rai and be responsible for the delivery of sales responsibilities for Truffles Fine Foods Catering with daily responsibilities such as:

[list_item icon=”ss-check”]Book events and coordinate with Operations Manager[/list_item]
[list_item icon=”ss-check”]Interact with clients to obtain feedback on product quality, service levels and proactively respond to guest issues or complaints[/list_item]
[list_item icon=”ss-check”]Send invoices, follow up and take care or payments[/list_item]
[list_item icon=”ss-check”]Assist with preparation for and attend tradeshows, networking events (and any sales/marketing initiatives)[/list_item]
[list_item icon=”ss-check”]Compile and manage database for promotional mailings/newsletter[/list_item]
[list_item icon=”ss-check”]Provide general office administration including filing, monitoring and replacement of collateral, office supplies, photocopier/printer etc.[/list_item]
